2. Account Registration

Content Guidelines

You agree not to upload content that:

  • Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing
  • Contains adult content or is inappropriate for all ages
  • Misrepresents authorship or origin
  • Violates the rights of any third party

Moderation

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms without notice. Repeated violations may result in account suspension or termination.

4. Intellectual Property

  • HytaleForge and its original content are protected by copyright and trademark laws
  • You may not use our branding without written permission
  • Hytale is a trademark of Hypixel Studios - we are not affiliated with them

5. Paid Content

  • Creators may offer paid resources through our platform
  • All sales are final unless otherwise stated by the creator
  • HytaleForge is not responsible for disputes between buyers and sellers
  • Creators are responsible for applicable taxes on their earnings

6. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

  • Use automated systems to access the service without permission
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service
  • Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users
  • Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
  • Engage in any illegal activities through our platform

7. Disclaimers

  • HytaleForge is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
  • We do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or reliability of the service
  • We are not responsible for user-generated content
  • Use downloaded content at your own risk

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HytaleForge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.
